THE INTEGRATED QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
The policy of the company S.C. CONARG CONSTRUCT S.R.L. PITESTI is to maintain and improve its reputation within the field of quality, environment, social responsibility, occupational health and security. Every activity must represent for us a new recommendation for our company in the business field.
Our priority is to prevent the sources of misunderstandings, disagreements or conflicts. In order to apply this policy, we adopted a Q& M & SSO& RS management system, which represents our attachment to the fulfillment of our collaborators’ requests and those referring to the products and services that we offer at the highest level.
Every employee of our company has the responsibility to report immediately any non-compliance stated in the activity. All the staff has the obligation to apply the provisions of the Q& M & SSO& RS management system in order to comply with the requests and to participate in its implementation.
The company management can provide the proof of the applied management system to its customers, representatives of the institutions and authorities, collaborators.
The GENERAL OBJECTIVES regarding the Q& M & SSO& RS management system are the following:
- to maintain and improve the reputation of the company within its field of activity;
- to fulfill all the requests of the customers and parts involved, to solve their claims according to the agreed terms;
- to supervise the processes and the continuous increase of the product performances;
- to maintain and improve the integrated quality, environment, occupational health and security management according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2005 and OHSAS 18001:2007;
- to obtain the authorization of social responsibility management system according to the standard SA 8000:2008;
- to increase the level of performance permanently within the field of quality, environment, occupational health and security, social responsibility;
- to improve the work conditions for all employees and to assure their freedom of collective negotiation and association;
- to provide and maintain the compliance with the applicable legislation and regulations;
- to inform all interested parties regarding the performances within the field of quality, environment, occupational health and security, social responsibility fulfilled by the organization;
- to provide the security and health of every person participating or involved in activities at the work place, to evaluate and diminish the risks related to the work process;
- to make aware the suppliers, subcontractors, sub-suppliers regarding the importance of quality, environment, occupational health and security, social responsibility.
As a General Manager, I commit myself to provide the organizational frame and necessary resources to carry out the policy and the objectives within the stated field of quality, environment, occupational health and security, social responsibility.
By the created organizational frame, we provide the permanent communication with our customers, suppliers, all the staff that works for and on behalf of our company, with the public opinion and other interested parties.
