Curierul Zilei, 14.10.2008:  Conarg build another neighborhood in Bucharest

After complexes Quadra Place and sunrise, Conarg Real Estate, part of the group Conarg, launched a day, a third residential project in Bucharest. Quadra 2 will be a complex with 850 homes, located in four large buildings, divided in 16 sections of blocks of apartments and studios for two, three or four rooms. The blocks will have 10 or 12 levels with all the ground floor, plus parking in the basement.

Ensemble residential Quadra 2 will be located in the immediate vicinity of the park Polytechnic, a Cora Hypermarkets and Quadra Place complex. The total area will be built approximately 61,000 square meters and total investment amounts to 75 million. Teaching will be full in the period 31 July 2010-31 December 2010. The Quadra Place has already been delivered to owners in full in 2007, and the sunrise was sold in a proportion of only 60%. In 2007, the companies Conarg, whose majority is associated Conarg SA (continuatorul former TC Ind. Pitesti, which was separated in 1991), had a turnover of 67.6 million, with a net profit of 10 , 6 million.
