Conarg Company Real Estate, developer of the project area Quadra Place Polytechnic, has sold about 60% of the residential sunrise, in the area of Titan Capital, which represents more than 550 units of a total of 988 available, according to company representatives. The sale is provided by CB Richard Ellis - Eurisko. The Conarg announced that the project will end in late September, nine months before the deadline for delivery, set for June 2010. The whole works were started last year. Sun is located in the eastern part of the capital, near the hypermarket Auchan Titan. With an investment value of more than 60 million, all of the 988 studios and apartments with two, three and four bedrooms, has a total area of 84,465 sqm. The company postponed because of crisis work in the third draft of Capital, called Quadra Place 2, and announced that work will resume once the market will return. The project involves construction of 850 apartments.
